Full Job Description About Us:

We are Collectors Club, a busy and passionate trading card store specializing in high-end sports cards, Pokémon, TCGs, and collectibles located in the Wynwood area. With a strong presence across multiple online platforms and streaming channels, we serve collectors and fans around the world. We’re looking for a dedicated Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our growing team and help us deliver an exceptional experience to every customer—whether they walk through our door or watch us live.

Job Responsibilities:

Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders from online sales and stream events Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory Carefully handle and process high-value cards and sealed product Ensure packaging is secure, clean, and professional Maintain accurate shipping logs and update order statuses Coordinate with management and streaming team on outgoing breaks and giveaways Keep the shipping area organized, clean, and fully stocked Assist with occasional inventory counts and product tagging

• you’ll be working with valuable items, so steady hands and a mindful attitude are key Experience with platforms like eBay, Shopify, or Whatnot is a bonus Basic familiarity with trading card products (sports, Pokémon, etc.
