Box Office Ticket Sales Principal Function:

As a Stand Attendant at Hard Rock Stadium under Sodexo Live, you play a crucial role in assisting cashiers in obtaining items ordered for the guests. Your friendly and attentive service ensures a seamless experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Customer Service:

Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Assist in answering guest inquiries and provide information about available items. Offer recommendations and upsell when appropriate.

Assist Cashiers:

Retrieve and pack orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure orders are complete and meet quality standards before delivery.

Maintain Cleanliness:

Keep the stand area clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Dispose of waste and adhere to sanitation guidelines. Collaborate with

Team:

Work closely with cashiers, cooks, and other team members to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to

Follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
