Job Description
Hagan Coastal Outfitters Sales Associate Part Time Hagan Ace Hardware of Callahan, Inc. 450037 Sr 200, Callahan, FL 32011 We are looking for an associate with good communication skills and the ability to offer product suggestions to suit the customers needs. Interest in the outdoors including fishing, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding or water lifestyle activities is a plus. Associates must be able to lift 50 pounds or more to be able to assist in moving kayaks and paddle boards. Strong customer service skills is a must. 1.
Customer Service:
Assist customers with apparel, footwear, and equipment by asking questions about what they need and sharing product information. 2.
Training:
Learn all that you can about the product we sell. This includes any programs going on, current promotions, and any events coming up. Obtaining more knowledge gives us confidence and makes the job much more enjoyable. 3.Be a
Team Player:
Help throughout the store, but always try to get back over to the HCO department quickly. Treat fellow employees with respect and help each other out whenever you can. Must be willing to do whatever it takes to make the department successful, from selling $3000 kayaks to folding clothes and sweeping floors. Able to lift 50lbs.
