Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of associates to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards. Manage shift operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Assist in training new employees through comprehensive employee orientation programs. Monitor inventory levels, manage pricing strategies, and ensure products are well-stocked and displayed. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance the overall shopping experience. Collaborate with management on administrative tasks, including scheduling and reporting. Maintain a clean and organized store environment that aligns with company policies. Maintain production and donor services. Skills Proven experience in sales with a strong ability to drive performance. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Knowledge of retail management principles, including market trends and consumer behavior. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative duties.
