Our business consulting firm partners with leading telecommunications companies, such as AT&T, to enhance their sales, marketing, and customer service strategies. We manage all marketing and sales campaigns for AT&T, which includes working closely with their existing and future customer base throughout the Orlando area. As Nexus Executive Group continues to grow and expand our operations throughout Orlando, we are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as AT&T Client Sales Associates, playing a crucial role in expanding AT&T’s presence in the Orlando market. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers. Your mission is to help answer questions, resolve issues, and guide customers through the benefits of AT&T’s products and services. By building genuine connections and delivering personalized support, you’ll ensure that every customer feels confident in their decisions, cared for, and genuinely satisfied. Responsibilities as an

AT&T Client Sales Associate :

Engage directly with customers (in an in-person setting) to understand their needs and present solutions custom to their situation Develop expertise, with help from industry leaders, in AT&T’s products and services to confidently close sales for interested and qualifying customers Build and maintain lasting relationships with both new and existing customers to build brand loyalty Work closely with the senior and entry-level AT&T Sales Account teams to strategize ways to continuously improve the customer experience Participate in AT&T Client Sales Associate team meetings and ongoing training to refine sales techniques and leadership skills Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining professionalism and a positive demeanor Qualifications of an

AT&T Client Sales Associate :

A High School diploma / GED is preferred 1-2 years of previous experience in account management, retail, customer service, or sales is a plus, but not required A passion for sales and building genuine rapport with customers Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A strong work ethic with the ability to adapt and thrive in a team-oriented environment

This is a full-time, permanent position

Compensation:

Commission-Based •On average, representatives earn between $50,000-$60,000/year.

Schedule:

Monday-Saturday with an average of 40-50 hours per week

Location:

This position is based out of our Orlando office and field locations in Central Florida as assigned.

Clients & Products:

Promote AT&T’s wireless phone, internet, and telecommunication services. This is a full-time, face-to-face, territory-based sales position, ideal for individuals eager to grow their sales career with AT&T’s industry-leading products while making a direct impact in the Orlando community.
