Owner Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dependable Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves assisting customers with auto detailing products, maintaining inventory levels, and keeping the shop clean and organized, including shelves, floors, and restrooms.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Sales Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on customer needs. Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system. Restock merchandise and ensure products are properly labeled and displayed. Inventory Management Receive and unpack inventory shipments. Track inventory levels and report low stock or discrepancies. Organize stock room and ensure product rotation (FIFO). Assist with periodic inventory counts and audits. Store Cleanliness & Organization Keep shelves clean, stocked, and well-organized. Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness of shop floors. Clean and restock restrooms regularly. Empty trash bins and maintain a neat, welcoming retail environment.

Qualifications:

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Knowledge or interest in auto detailing products is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organization skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Schedule:

Full-time or part-time; must be available on weekends.
