Full-time, 40 hrs./week

Key Responsibilities:
Exceptional Customer Service:

Provide personalized, world-class service by anticipating customer needs, delivering tailored product recommendations, and creating memorable shopping experiences.

Sales Excellence:

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets by actively engaging with clients, demonstrating products, and leveraging in-depth product knowledge.

Visual Merchandising:

Maintain a pristine and visually appealing sales floor to highlight new arrivals, promotions, and seasonal collections.

Relationship Building:

Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they return to the brand for their luxury shopping needs.

Requirements:
Luxury Retail Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or high-end fashion sales.

Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with clients and team members.
