In this role, you’ll play a vital part in creating exceptional customer experiences by guiding clients through their jewelry selection journey with elegance, expertise, and a personal touch. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers with warmth and professionalism, helping them find jewelry that meets their needs and personal style. Provide expert product knowledge to educate and inspire customers, highlighting craftsmanship, materials, and heritage of the brand. Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features, collections, and value, increasing customer confidence in purchase decisions. Process transactions accurately using POS systems and ensure smooth and secure checkouts. Maintain an elegant and organized store environment , including merchandise displays, stock levels, and cleanliness. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales and enhance customer satisfaction. Handle phone inquiries with clarity and care, providing information about product availability, store hours, and services. Support team goals , contribute to store KPIs, and collaborate on in-store events or promotions. Qualifications & Requirements Retail sales experience preferred , especially in jewelry, fashion, luxury, or customer-centric environments. Strong interpersonal and communication skills , with a friendly, polished demeanor. Ability to build lasting client relationships and maintain a client book for future outreach. Basic math and transaction-handling skills ; familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Self-driven with a passion for jewelry , design, and storytelling.
