Position Summary:
As a Fitness Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving membership sales and providing outstanding customer service to our members. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to attract new members, build relationships, and guide them through the sales process. Additionally, you will assist in retaining current members and contribute to maintaining a positive, motivating environment at the studio. Previous experience in boutique fitness is a plus, but not required. This part-time role involves a rotating weekend shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Process Execution:
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and follow-up to closing sales.
Achieve Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed sales goals set by the General Manager to drive studio growth.
Studio Tours & Consultations:
Conduct engaging tours for prospective members, creating rapport to facilitate membership conversions.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about the studio’s products, programs, and pricing to effectively communicate and sell.
Community Engagement:
Represent Rumble Boxing at grassroots events such as health fairs, marathons, and local community activities to increase brand visibility.
Customer Retention:
Provide exceptional customer service to current members, assisting with their needs and ensuring they have a positive experience.
Studio Environment:
Assist with maintaining a clean, welcoming, and safe studio environment.
Skill Development:
Take responsibility for your personal growth in sales and customer service through continuous learning.
Additional Duties:
Support the team with other tasks as needed to ensure studio operations run smoothly.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills. Goal-oriented and able to meet or exceed sales targets. Comfortable using software tools (Club Ready system). Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency with computer programs and general tech tools. Ability to attend occasional events and training as required. Bilingual skills (Spanish and/or Portuguese) preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand or sit for up to four hours at a time. May need to bend, lift, kneel, and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
