We are open to the public and provide the sale of materials to anyone, residential and commercial installations. We sustain a great amount of inventory throughout the year for all contractors or non-contractors. We are currently seeking a self-motivated and driven Inside Fence Sales Associate that can maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and care.

Position Overview:

The Inside Fence Sales Associate will play a key role in providing excellent service by assisting customers with material orders, offering solutions for their fencing needs, and ensuring that each customer has a positive experience. You will be responsible for helping customers with order breakdowns, offering product knowledge, managing payments, and supporting installations.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist customers with placing and processing their material orders for their fencing projects/jobs. Ensure all customer orders are accurately prepared, and break down material requirements based on project needs. Maintain strong communication with customers via phone or email to confirm order details, answer questions, and follow up on potential sales. Assist with inbound calls or texts Identify customer needs to ensure the customer is provided complete and accurate information. Collect payments and outstanding balances using Quickbooks and POS. Gather quotes from vendors for special or custom orders and provide customers with pricing information. Assist with inventory counts and ensure stock levels are properly maintained. Help manage installations for jobs handled by the company, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, suppliers, and installers. Learn and apply Fence Mall’s structured selling process. Develop expertise in company and product knowledge, technical knowledge, industry and process knowledge in relevant product areas. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Use sound and professional judgment while representing the Company. Perform other related job duties as needed/assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

Preferred Bi-Lingual (Spanish & English) Candidate should be professional in demeanor and possess a strong work ethic, exceptional listening skills, honesty, and integrity. Must be detail oriented and organized and have a passion for providing excellent service and quality. Demonstrates initiative and follow-through. Ability to think critically and provide viable solutions to customer challenges. Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and navigate tense situations, especially during busy hours. Able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment. Must be able to work independently with little supervision. Ability to multitask, determine task priorities and maintain accuracy. Ability to treat others with respect and gain trust and respect from subordinates, supervisors, and customers and work effectively as part of a team. Proficient in typing and possess strong computer skills.
