Job Summary We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Jewelry Sales Associate / Cashier to join our retail team. In this dual role, you will assist customers in selecting exquisite jewelry pieces while managing front-end operations like billing and merchandise presentation. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement:

Greet every customer warmly, provide assistance in product selection, and deliver personalized service.

Sales Transactions:

Accurately operate the cash register/POS system, handle all forms of payment, and issue receipts.

Merchandise Display:

Stock and organize display cases with jewelry and ensure high visual merchandising standards.

Store Maintenance:

Keep the sales floor, counters, and displays clean, organized, and presentable.

Product Knowledge:

Explain features and craftsmanship of jewelry pieces to help customers make confident choices.

Inventory Support:

Assist with stock tracking, tagging, and reporting discrepancies to store leadership.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and a cohesive customer experience.

Occasional Supervision:

Support junior staff or trainees when needed, ensuring alignment with store protocols. Qualifications Retail experience preferred , especially in jewelry, fashion, or luxury environments. Must be comfortable handling cash and POS transactions accurately and responsibly. Strong interpersonal and communication skills . A passion for jewelry, sales, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Bilingual skills are a plus and highly encouraged for serving a diverse customer base. Basic math and attention to detail are essential. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods .
