Full Job Description Landscape Crew Member Location:
Central Florida (South Orlando)
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and planting Install sod, mulch, trees, shrubs, and seasonal flowers Operate and maintain landscape equipment such as mowers, blowers, trimmers, and edgers Assist in irrigation system installation and maintenance Follow instructions from Crew Leader to complete tasks efficiently and safely Clean up job sites and ensure all tools and equipment are stored properly Comply with all company policies and safety regulations Pressure Washing, Window Washing, and other property maintenance
Requirements:
Previous landscaping experience preferred but not required — training available Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in Florida’s climate (heat, humidity, rain) Physically able to lift 50+ pounds and perform repetitive tasks Reliable transportation to job site or designated meeting point Ability to follow directions and work well in a team environment
