Retail Sales Associate Pin HQ by GoPinPro 12788 West Colonial Drive, Winter Garden, FL 34787 Join the Pin HQ Team! Are you passionate about collectible pins and love delivering great customer experiences? Pin HQ is hiring, and we’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team!
Key Responsibilities:
Help customers discover their perfect pins, providing personalized recommendations. Deliver top-notch customer service by offering expert guidance and product knowledge. Educate customers on PinFolio options to enhance their collections. Maintain an organized store and manage inventory efficiently. Process online orders and ensure smooth shipping operations. Support visual merchandising to create an inviting store environment. Accurately handle point-of-sale transactions. Represent Pin HQ and GoPinPro as a brand ambassador.
What We’re Looking For:
A friendly and outgoing personality with strong communication skills. A genuine passion for collectible pins The ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus. Availability to work on weekends is required.
