Retail Sales Associate – Swimming Pool Store 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars 10228 Curry Ford Road, Orlando, FL 32825 We are looking for a highly motivated store associate with or without prior pool industry experience. Saturday, Sunday and Holiday availability is a must. Your shifts will always include Saturday and Sunday. Hours will vary depending upon the season, but typically range from 25-38 hours per week. Prior Pinch A Penny experience is preferred but not required. All training is done on the job. This is a part time position with the potential to grow as you gain skill sets and demonstrate great customer service, the ability to close sales and increase product knowledge. Preferred candidate has experience in sales, not cash register or POS experience. Your selling experience should be with products you had a conversation about and sold. This position requires you to take an investment in the position, not occupying the position. Wearing of ear buds and or air pods is not allowed and will be cause for removal. When answering Pool Industry Experience question; the answer is related to professional work you were paid for in the pool industry. Maintaining your personal pool, or a relatives pool, is not pool industry experience. HS Diploma/GED required and some college preferred. Must be 18 years of age. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds. The job involves a great deal of customer interaction either in person or over the phone: good customer service skills are a must. Ideally we are looking for someone that we can promote to an assistant manager position over time. The daily duties of this job would involve but are not limited to: filling chlorine bleach jugs, cashiering, testing customer’s pool and/or spa water samples, stocking, and cleaning.

Language:

Must be fluent in English. Spanish is a plus. Store location is east Orlando in the 32825 zip code.
