The Marketing Greeter is responsible for greeting and checking in customers for the sales presentation at the Welcome Center for In-House and Voyages centers. The Marketing Greeter provides a relaxing atmosphere for the customers before the tour and ensures a smooth introduction with the sales representative. Greets and assists in check in of customers to sales representatives in proper rotation. Answers customer questions and concerns and provides information on local attractions for potential customers. Reviews all tour data for accuracy to ensure sales and marketing reports balance. Reviews reports prior to and after the tour check in process
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience required. Must be motivated, outgoing, friendly, tactful and well organized. Professional appearance and attitude must be maintained. Knowledge in computer software is required such as Microsoft®, Excel® and Word® and general computer applications. Must be able to work weekends, holidays and extended hours. Ability to work at multiple designated local locations on a weekly basis, if needed.
