Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with their purchases, performing product demonstrations, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase sales. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by restocking shelves as needed. Provide exceptional phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or taking orders over the phone. Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and organization of backroom areas. Qualifications Previous experience in optical environment preferred. Strong sales skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive attitude towards upselling and promoting products to enhance customer satisfaction.
