$26.75/hr ??

We’re hiring Retail Center Sales Consultants to join a high-impact team focused on delivering exceptional customer service, increasing market share, and driving long-term member retention.
What You’ll Do:
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Provide a consultative sales experience for customers exploring health, wellness, and income protection products.
- Educate new and existing members through plan comparisons and product explanations.
- Cross-sell multiple solutions to maximize member value and satisfaction.
- Follow up with leads, conduct outbound calls, and drive sales and renewals.
- Host educational sessions and support enrollment both in-center and at local events. Community Outreach & Business Development
- Develop and implement a grassroots business development strategy.
- Attend and activate at community events, building brand visibility and relationships.
- Partner with local organizations and employer groups to provide enrollment support.
- Track engagement and refine outreach for maximum impact. Retail Center Operations
- Support walk-in and scheduled visitors with professionalism and care.
- Assist with special projects, promotional events, and educational seminars.
- Ensure accurate documentation and visitor tracking for reporting and improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
- A self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based systems.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to business needs.
- Demonstrated success in customer service, sales, or business development.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Active 215 or 240 insurance license is required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
