In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will handle transactions, assist with product demonstrations, and support sales efforts while maintaining a clean and organized environment. Duties Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns. Assist in retail sales by promoting products and engaging customers through effective communication. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding and interest. Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise on the sales floor and assisting with inventory management. Supervise junior staff members when necessary, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries over the phone. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse clientele. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing excellent customer experiences. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively. Experience in supervising or training staff is a plus.
