Full Job Description Purpose:

Support K&M Branch operations by building relationships with existing and new customers, by accurately providing all needed material in a timely fashion, with a positive attitude towards customers and coworkers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take Will Call orders over the counter and phone
• Qualify walk in customers for sales follow up by Branch Manager
• Build customer relationships for repeat business opportunities
• Increase customer service levels
• Quote orders and follow up with customers (ask for the business)
• Merchandise front counter area
• Ensure cycle counts are completed in a timely manner
• Cash reconciliation’s and credit card batch reports Perform other job-related duties as assigned
