We sell our product in stores, but we bring our delicious, stuffed cookie dough to life at farmers markets, creating joyful, memorable experiences for our customers. We’re seeking a dependable, energetic Farmers Market Manager to represent us each Saturday during market season. Duties Pick up market supplies and inventory from warehouse kitchen Drive to and from the market (own vehicle preferred) Set up and break down tent, tables, signage, and displays Manage assistant who bakes frozen cookie dough on-site with our tabletop electric oven Manage POS system and handle all customer transactions Engage with customers and confidently represent the Gringuita Cookies brand Maintain accurate sales records and weekly reports Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are met Communicate any inventory or operational needs Troubleshoot problems (weather, booth logistics, etc.) with calm, confident decision-making Qualifications Reliable and punctual—rain or shine Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs and set up equipment Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable working independently Prior retail, food service, or farmers market experience a plus Must have a valid driver’s license (access to a car preferred) Available every Saturday from October to April Perks Flexible, part-time seasonal role Be part of a fast-growing small business Opportunities for bonuses or growth for the right person Cookies.
