The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong desire to help customers meet their fitness goals. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, providing exceptional service, and maintaining a well-organized retail environment. Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Follow up on leads and drive membership conversions Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems. Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise and ensuring shelves are well-stocked. Help maintain studio cleanliness Clean and maintain equipment Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall shopping experience. Fulfill tasks provided by SM Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Basic math skills for handling transactions and performing retail math calculations. Ability to demonstrate products confidently and effectively to customers. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about new products and sales techniques.
