Your Role:
We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Associate to nurture leads, build client relationships, and guide prospective patients toward their dream smiles. You’ll play a key role in helping individuals boost their confidence while contributing to our continued growth.
What You’ll Do:
Engage with warm leads via phone and email to educate them on our services. Conduct personalized consultations to understand client goals and concerns. Present tailored treatment plans and guide clients through the decision-making process. Follow up and maintain strong relationships to maximize bookings. Work closely with the sales team to improve strategies and track performance
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in the dental industry is highly preferred Sales or customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Goal-driven with a passion for helping others. Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
