We are looking for a talented and dedicated individual to join our Guest Relations team as a Lobby Greeter. As a Lobby Greeter, you will serve as a hotel ambassador, providing exceptional guest service, sharing general hotel and local area knowledge, and directing lobby visitors. Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for guests, providing exceptional in-person service and assisting with inquiries and requests. Manage guest traffic throughout the lobby in a balanced and organized manner to minimize wait times. Maintain cleanliness in the lobby area and coordinate opportunities with appropriate departments. Observe lobby activity diligently and communicate with security when necessary. Direct guest complaints and ensure proper follow-up and resolution. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Stay informed about local attractions, events, and services to provide recommendations to guests and share information about the hotel’s history and services.
