Member Services Greeter P/T Greet and welcome members , potential members, and visitors to the credit union, evaluate their needs and direct them to the appropriate individual/department. Provide basis credit union information. Ability to assist members on opening online memberships and submitting online loan applications. Coordinate and follow through to see that members and visitors are assisted promptly. Utilize credit union computer applications that may include email, internet, database software. Keep the greeter desk and service area/cafe clean and dispose of garbage as needed. Replenish service area/cafe with supplies as needed. E xhibit excellent member service skills
