Job Summary:

As a Sales Associate specializing in cellphone plans and services, you will play a key role in our team’s success by assisting customers in finding the perfect mobile plans to meet their needs. You will provide exceptional customer service, demonstrate in-depth knowledge of cellphone products, and strive to exceed sales targets. Your dedication and performance can open doors for growth opportunities within the company. We have more than 30 stores across Florida and we provide direct service city to city to meet the customer’s needs. II.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

• Greet customers warmly as they enter the store.
• Listen attentively to customers’ requirements and preferences.
• Guide customers through the selection process, offering expert advice on cellphone devices, features, and plans.
• Ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for great compensation
• Upsell and cross-sell cellphone accessories.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Qualifications:

• Must know how to speak English and Spanish
• Previous sales experience, preferably in cellphone retail or consumer electronics.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to learn about new cellphone technologies quickly.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
