In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will assist with product demonstrations, manage transactions, and maintain the overall appearance of the store. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers. Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and services. Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and operating the cash register. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displays are appealing. Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory management and stock replenishment. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Uphold company policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers. Experience in sales, preferably in a grocery store or retail environment. Proficient in cash handling and operating cash registers. Familiarity with POS systems and retail math concepts. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone. Ability to conduct engaging product demos that attract customer interest. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and enhancing the shopping experience.
