Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Duties

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
• Identify additional services which could benefit customers unaware of all store service
• Receive, sort, and place mail in correct locations various times a day.
• Pack contents for shipping using established procedures and products.
• Receive and process packages for shipping, including lifting and weighing packages, accessing shipment manifest software, and generating labels.
• Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
• Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or point-of-sale systems
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner Requirements
• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic retail math
• Ability to operate cash registers or point-of-sale systems
• Knowledge of shipping, Abode, Photoshop, Canva
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Bilingual in both English and Spanish WILL BE Required
