welcoming each customer with care, sharing styling tips, and helping create a joyful atmosphere in the boutique. You’ll support the daily rhythm of the store and be an ambassador for our feminine, vibrant French-designed collections. Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm smile and friendly demeanor
• Assist clients in locating products within the store
• Build real connections with clients and help them find pieces they’ll love
• Share your passion for fashion and our vibrant French-designed collections
• Provide personalized styling advice to enhance the shopping experience
• Communicate product knowledge effectively to customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase sales
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
• Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Process sales through the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently
• Maintain a clean, beautiful, and organized boutique space
• Maintain stock levels on the sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and accessible
• Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
• Participate in content creation, social media, and promotional activities when needed
• Ensure a smooth and uplifting daily store experience Requirements
• Be available on weekends
• Previous retail or customer service experience (fashion is a plus)
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic math for accurate transactions
• Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers positively
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
• A proactive approach to upselling and promoting store products
• Capability to manage stock levels efficiently while keeping the store organized
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Team player with a positive attitude and a love for fashion Compensation
• Between $15 and $20/hour, depending on weekday/weekend shifts and performance
