Job Description
Retail Center Sales Consultant – Licensed Insurance Professional Are you a dynamic, licensed insurance sales professional passionate about health, wellness, and community engagement? Join our team as a Retail Center Sales Consultant and drive sales, renewals, and retention while becoming a key presence in the community.
What You’ll Do:
Consultative Sales:
Provide expert product information and solutions for health, wellness, and income protection to prospective and existing customers, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Lead & Relationship Management:
Proactively manage leads, make outbound calls, and generate referrals to drive sales and foster customer loyalty.
Community & Business Development:
Develop and execute local marketing plans, network, and support events to build brand awareness and create new opportunities.
Operational Support:
Assist with center events, greet customers, and track visitor information to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring:
Active and valid state-issued insurance license (e.g., Health, Life) is required. Proven experience in insurance sales, with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based tools. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Experience in outside sales, business development, networking, and public speaking is highly valued.
Experience:
0-1 year of related work experience or equivalent combination.
