Retail Sales Associate Duties:

Customer Engagement:

Greet and assist customers, providing personalized recommendations on mobile devices, accessories, and service plans.​

Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about the latest mobile technology, plans, and promotions to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.​

Boost Mobile Store Maintenance:

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked with merchandise and promotional materials.​

Inventory Management:

Assist in tracking and managing inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks, and coordinating with management to replenish stock as needed.​

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with team members and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve collective goals.​

Qualifications:
