The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment. Duties Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions Provide product demonstrations to customers Assist with stocking and organizing merchandise on the sales floor Utilize retail math skills to process sales and returns accurately Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience Meet and exceed sales goals by actively engaging with customers and promoting products Qualifications Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems Strong understanding of basic math for transactions Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred Ability to effectively communicate and engage with customers Knowledge of sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell products Familiarity with operating a cash register is a plus
