Job Description:

As a Front Desk Sales Associate at our fitness club, you’ll be the first point of contact for current and prospective members. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment, promoting membership sales, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your enthusiasm, knowledge of our services, and passion for fitness will help you connect with guests and support their health goals while helping drive the club’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet all members and guests warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression of the club. Engage with potential members , conduct club tours, and effectively communicate membership options, promotions, and amenities. Follow up on leads and inquiries through phone calls, emails, and walk-ins to convert prospects into members. Handle front desk operations , including checking in members, managing guest passes, scheduling appointments, and answering phones. Process memberships, renewals, and cancellations accurately using the club’s system. Support daily sales goals by promoting membership upgrades, personal training packages, and other club services. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and ensure marketing materials are up to date and well displayed. Resolve or escalate member issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with the team to meet monthly sales targets and ensure a smooth, member-focused front desk experience.

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills Customer service or sales experience preferred Comfortable with computers and point-of-sale systems Energetic, positive attitude and a passion for health & fitness Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends
