As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their purchases. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive, enjoyable, fast-paced, dynamic retail environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management for restocking needs
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets Preferred but not Required
- Previous experience in liquor and wine retail sales
- Previous experience with expensive products/equipment
- Organizational skills to maintain a tidy store environment and manage inventory Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
- Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands (sometimes requires climbing a ladder to retrieve objects).
- Lift and/or carry up to 40 pounds from ground to overhead up to 3 hours in a shift Hours
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (2pm-10pm)
- Friday (10am-6pm)
