In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in inventory control, and maintaining a well-organized retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for retail sales. Bilingual is a plus but not necessary Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and staff management. Oversee inventory control processes to ensure stock levels are maintained. Drive sales initiatives and promote wireless products to meet store goals. Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems for transactions and customer interactions. Ensure pricing accuracy on products and promotional displays. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment for customers. Handle administrative tasks related to sales reporting and inventory management. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or wireless sales is preferred. Familiarity with inventory control systems and administrative duties is advantageous. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment. Experience with recruiting and training staff is a plus.
