In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service while promoting our products and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and have a passion for helping customers find exactly what they need. Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Social Media Marketing and posting Take detailed orders with attention to detail and clear writing Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed. Maintain organized stock levels on the sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively and accessible to customers. Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Employ effective phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries over the phone. Upsell products by identifying opportunities to enhance the customer’s shopping experience. Experience Previous experience in retail store environments is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with customers. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math is advantageous. Ability to perform product demonstrations effectively, engaging customers in the process. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. A proactive attitude towards upselling and meeting sales goals is highly valued.
