Cashier/Sales Associate Katherine’s Linens & Gifts 626 Athens Street, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Cashier/Sales associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include managing cash registers, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Assist customers with their purchases and provide information about products. Upsell additional items to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Maintain stock levels on the sales floor and assist with inventory management. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and store displays. Process returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies. Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve customer satisfaction. Skills Proficient in cash handling and operating cash registers or POS systems. Experience in grocery store or retail sales environments is preferred.
