Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in all tasks, includingcreating and delivering compelling sales presentations, proposals,order processing, and sales documentation. Coordinate with internaldepartments to ensure timely and accurate delivery ofproducts/services to customers. Act as a liaison between the salesteam and customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, andproviding exceptional customer service. Manage and maintaincustomer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customerinformation. Track and monitor sales activities, prepare reports,and provide insights to support sales strategies anddecision-making. Stay updated on product knowledge, features, andbenefits to effectively support sales efforts. Collaborate with thesales team to identify areas of improvement and contribute toprocess enhancements.
