Imagine Museum is a contemporary glass art museum located in downtown St. Petersburg. Our gift shop is an extension of the museum, offering art-inspired merchandise, unique glass creations, and meaningful souvenirs that reflect the beauty and innovation of the art on display.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and sales-driven associate to support operations in our IM Gift Shop. This team member will provide excellent customer service, drive product sales, assist with merchandising, and promote museum programs and memberships.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers with purchases and product knowledge Operate POS system accurately and handle daily cash/card transactions Restock, price, and merchandise products Maintain a clean and organized retail space Promote memberships, upcoming events, and museum offerings Support front desk and event sales as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma required; AA or BA preferred 2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience Strong communication skills and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Preferred:

POS experience (Square, Shopify, or similar) Bilingual skills a plus CPR certified
