Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service. Supervise junior staff when necessary, providing guidance and support in their roles. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers. Experience with product demonstrations is a plus, showcasing your ability to engage customers effectively.
