Role:

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, positive environment and loves connecting with people. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective riders, help turn first-timers into loyal members, and play a key role in growing our community. Some work can be done remotely, but we’re especially looking for someone available during peak class times (mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends).

What You’ll Do:

Assist with in-studio and remote sales, including memberships, class packs, and retail Follow up with new riders and leads to convert them into regulars Support front desk operations and create a welcoming studio vibe Collaborate with our team to execute promotions and studio events

What We’re Looking For:

A go-getter with strong people skills and a love for fitness Prior experience in sales or customer service (bonus points for group fitness industry) Familiarity with Mariana Tek is a huge plus Tech-savvy and confident working with email, phone, and basic CRM tools Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Compensation:

Hourly pay (negotiable based on experience) Sales commissions on all memberships and packs sold and bonus opportunities Studio perks (free membership!)
