As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have an exceptional shopping experience while assisting with product selection and maintaining store organization. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and assisting with product selection. Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about new items and promotions. Utilize basic math skills to handle cash transactions and provide change accurately. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies. Qualifications Bilingual abilities are preferred to enhance communication with diverse customers. Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Basic math skills for handling transactions and retail math applications. Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but not required; training will be provided. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. A proactive attitude towards learning about products and enhancing customer experiences.
