Position Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Representative to join our St. Petersburg team. This position plays a critical role in supporting our sales operations, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and a smooth customer experience from quote through fulfillment. The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and is committed to delivering exceptional internal and external service. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and timely communication
- Collaborate with sales and internal teams to address customer needs and resolve issues efficiently
- Process and review sales orders for accuracy and completeness
- Generate and deliver customer quotes
- Enter new customer registrations and opportunities into the CRM system
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM for all contacts, accounts, and opportunities
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and internal or customer-facing documentation
- Monitor and meet order turnaround KPIs set by leadership
- Provide post-sale support, addressing customer concerns or service issues
- Assist with internal sales projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned
- Support multiple sellers across various regions with administrative and operational tasks
- Assist in maintaining and updating the product catalog, ensuring current and accurate offerings
- Perform account maintenance and general administrative tasks as needed
- Have an understanding of government procurement practices and timelines.
- Assist with outbound customer outreach and lead generation. Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Jira, and QuickBooks
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with proactive problem-solving capabilities
- Dependable follow-through and strong time management
- Experience in public safety, technology, or infrastructure sectors
