The Store Associate will greet customers, handle customer transactions, answer customer inquiries, and perform other duties as assigned. The Store Associate will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store and ensuring that all store supplies are well-stocked.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them with their needs Handle customer transactions, including processing payments and providing receipts Answer customer inquiries and provide information about store products and services Execute excellent customer service in person and over the telephone. Perform shipping and packing tasks, including packaging and labeling packages for shipping Continually practice attention to detail Packing of items being shipped. Operates Point of sales, Laminator, Fax machine, Copiers, Printers Print BW and color prints from email and other storage devices Sort US mail Maintain a clean and organized store, including sweeping, dusting, and restocking supplies as needed Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager Willingness and ability to learn printing software (Adobe Suite) Willingness to become a notary Lift 50 pounds, and safely move heavier packages
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Excellent customer service skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and make change Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Attention to detail and ability to multitask Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
