Wellness Program Sales Associate Cryo Studio Clearwater 1465 S. That’s exactly what you can do as one of our premier Inside Sales Representatives (Customer Success Specialist). We are looking for an incredible sales rep, ideally with background in the beauty industry (but it is not a requirement). Strong sales and customer service are a must. Cryo Studio Clearwater is a non-invasive esthetics and wellness studio in Tampa FL, specializing in treatments for Fat Reduction, Skin tightening, toning, weight loss and overall wellness. We have great success in creating protocols for clients to see visible results in fat reduction, cellulite improvement, skin toning and weight loss. We are actively hiring Inside Sales Representatives to join our Studio meeting with our inbound client leads guiding them through the discovery process ensuring they are guided into the most appropriate program to optimize their results! You must have a strong sales background and stats to show previous sales track record as well as references. If you love sales and love looking and feeling good, this may be the right fit for you. This can be part time or full time, dependig on the applicant.
A DAY IN THE LIFE IN THIS POSITION
Consultation Expectations You will be responsible for completing consultations in person and virtual (for clients who prefere virtual or phone consultations), helping existing and new clients make the best decisions for getting results. Each consultation is scheduled between 20-60 minutes and depending on the conversation and the services offered. We offer wellness and weightloss programs as well as esthetic procedured and cryo laser hair removal. The Consultations and appointments will all be displayed in your calendar and should be confirmed by you a day prior. At the end of each consultation, you will complete a consultation summary; an imperative step for our team to adjust lead management as quickly as possible. You will have access to our CRM where you will engage with leads, track sales and move them through the pipeline, must be good with computers or fast learner. Perform treatment sessions if needed ( you will be fully trained and certified to do so.) Professional Development + Company Expectations You will be led by our in-house Head of Sales who will work with you to ensure your consultation quality is exceeding standards. Proactively provide updates on client trends, objections, funnel feedback, engagement, and other ways to achieve results as a value-added resource to the company and our clients. As the face of our brand, we will provide you with branded uniforms.
POSITION LOGISTICS
This position is part-time or full time out of our Clearwater, Florida office. (in Belleair) Pay/Comp The pay structure would depend on full time or part time but it can be full comission or base pay plus healthy commissions depending on the applicant.
