If you’re looking for a unique opportunity, with a unique company that provides a unique product, we’d like to hear from you. As a Junior Sales Associate at Progen Industries, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team and managing customer relationships. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone eager to learn and grow within the company. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, CRM management, and the power generation industry. This is an on-site position based at our Mulberry corporate office and requires daily in-person attendance. Relocation assistance is not available. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and update customer data in our CRM system to ensure accurate and timely communication. Assist in the development of sales strategies and outreach initiatives. Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing proposals, presentations, and reports. Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential leads. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and streamline sales processes. Participate in training and development opportunities to expand your knowledge of the power generation industry.
Qualifications:
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the company. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge or experience in the power generation industry is a plus, but not required. Full-Time PROGEN employees are eligible for benefits after 60 days of employment (effective the 1st of the following month). Additional Life/AD&D, Long Term Disability and dependent coverages are available at employee’s cost. Full-time employees are eligible for holiday pay upon hire. Prorated PTO awarded after six months of employment and annually thereafter.
