Sales Associate – Fishing Tackle Store Lakeland Fishing Outfitters 1330 East Memorial Bl, Lakeland, FL 33801 Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced retail environment. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with their purchases, managing transactions, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Receiving, checking in order , stock the items on right place, pricing. Promote and upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product features to effectively assist customers. Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times. Answer customer question related fishing subject Skills Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to upsell products through persuasive communication techniques. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory. Must have basic fishing knowledge and experience.
