We’re looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Bridal Stylist to join our team and help brides find the dress of their dreams. If you love building relationships, working in a fast-paced retail environment, and have a flair for style, we’d love to meet you! Key Responsibilities Guide brides through an exceptional shopping experience, helping them select their dream wedding gown and accessories Deliver outstanding customer service with a warm, professional, and personalized approach Accurately process sales using our Point of Sale (POS) system Organize and maintain inventory, including handling special orders and restocking merchandise Stay current on bridal fashion trends to offer informed and stylish recommendations Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals Skills & Qualifications Strong sales acumen with proven time management and multitasking abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a keen eye for fashion and styling Prior retail experience required; bridal or fashion retail experience preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities What We Offer Hourly base pay + commission + tips A supportive and passionate team environment The chance to play a key role in one of the most memorable days in our customers’ lives
