Counter Parts Sales Associate Education & Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent 3-5 years of experience retailing heavy-duty truck parts of all makes Experience with the requisition and retail of International parts; preferred 1-2 years of experience in a retail setting 1-2 years of customer service experience Bilingual Preferred•Counter Parts Sales Associate Skills and Abilities Intermediate Computer skills; including Microsoft Office Effective written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service skills Bilingual (Spanish); preferred Counter Parts Sales Associate tasks will include: Fill Customers’ orders accurately while pro-actively up selling practices Perform cashier functions Work with local vendors to procure parts to fill customers’ needs Expertise in working within Parts Online, Parts Catalog and Fleet Cross programs Open/close invoices, transfers, and back orders within Procede Accurately pull customer parts from warehouse Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be med by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
