Position Summary:

Boca Royale Golf and Country Club is seeking a professional and friendly Gate Guards to join our team. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you will represent the warmth, elegance, and exclusivity that our club embodies. This role requires a highly responsible individual who is committed to ensuring the security and comfort of our community while maintaining a welcoming and professional presence.

Responsibilities:

Greet members, guests, and visitors with exceptional courtesy and professionalism. Monitor and control vehicle access at the main entrance to ensure the safety and privacy of the community. Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and offering assistance as needed. Maintain a secure and orderly environment, reporting any incidents or concerns promptly. Assist with general gatehouse duties and ensure proper documentation for guest arrivals.

Qualifications:

A polished, professional demeanor and strong communication skills. Previous experience in customer service or security is preferred.
