Essential Functions :

Develop a thorough understanding of product features, benefits, and applications to confidently educate patients and drive positive engagement. Informs and educates customers on the use and benefits of products and services with clarity and confidence. Address patient inquiries via email, phone, and CRM system with professionalism and accuracy. Obtain and document necessary information from patients for effective follow-up. Accurately record patient feedback, insights, and outcomes and communicate with relevant departments. Collect and record patient feedback and information, and share that with appropriate departments and team members. Document all customer interactions in the system. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service experience in a healthcare, call center, or sales environment preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Bilingual in Spanish or French is a plus.
